Hannah had previously spent a spell at The Admiral Rodney as deputy manager, before going off to work as a relief manager around the group.

Her time with the business as a whole dates back to her mid-teens, when, aged 16, she started as a Saturday helper at the group’s White Hart Hotel, in Boston. This saw her help in the restaurant, bar, and housekeeping departments.

At the time, she was studying hair and beauty at Boston College, but she would go on to take a different career path.

“I decided I really enjoyed working in the hospitality industry so I went to work for the group full time,” she said.

Since then, Hannah has worked her way up through all departments including front of house and food and beverage while following a number of in-house training programmes which are open to all team members.

Head of human resources Chris Moores said: “It has been great to follow Hannah’s steady promotional career path progress through the group and she is a shining example of what could be achieved given enthusiasm and hard work.”

Outside of Lincolnshire, the Coaching Inn Group has sites in Berkshire, Cambridgeshire, Herefordshire, Leicesteshire, Northamptonshire, North Yorkshire, Staffordshire, and Wales.
