Budding Retford artists urged to enter competition

Retford Specsavers make children aware that they need to look after their eyesight from a young age.

The team is asking all young budding artists in the town to draw their own version of a character, themed around one of the store’s children’s brands, including Hello Kitty, Marvel, Disney, Star Wars and Mr Men and Little Miss.

The competition is open to children aged 12 and under, and is split into two age categories, three to six and seven to 12. The two winning designs will be displayed in the store for all customers to see.

The winners from each category will also receive voucher to spend at the local toy shop.

The competition will run until Sunday 14th April when the two winners will be announced.
