Busy time at Toray Pines
Residents at Coningsby's Toray Pines Care Home have been having a busy time of it recently.
Theatre company Carousel held a musical concert, where everyone was able to join in with the singing.
Individual singers have gone along to entertain too, most recently Jeremy Hillyard, who performed as part of the celebrations for Olive Maltby’s 100th birthday.
An Easter Fair was held, with various stalls, where you could buy almost anything from a jumper to a teapot cosy, which raised £240 for the residents’ fund.
One of the local Lions Easter Egg charts was also completed and drawn on the day; winners were Gill McLellan, Claire Owen, Jo Eason, Dot, Jean Edwards (winner of large egg) Zara Walker, Amy Lee, and Sheila Doll.
