Cadets are put through their paces
Senior cadets from Four Company met recently for an action packed day at Caistor Outdoor Pursuits.
Working in teams the cadets took on a number of tough challenges, including building milk crate towers, climbing telegraph poles and Jacobs Ladder, sliding down the zip wire and racing quad bikes.
And their efforts were rewarded with a fly past from the Red Arrows on their way to the air show.
The day was a great way of encouraging teamwork, building trust and creating friendships.
