Canine control powers approved by cabinet
Boston Borough Council's cabinet approved a new Public Spaces Protection Order on Wednesday.
The order will see owners face a £100 fixed penalty notice if they do not carry the means to clear up after their dog, refuse to put a dog on a lead if requested or allow their dogs into children’s play areas.
The order is expected to begin from February 1, 2017.
