Car driver is able to walk away from crash with lorry after being freed by firecrews
Emergency services were called to a collision involving a car and a lorry at Welbourn yesterday afternoon (Monday)
The incident was reported just after 2pm on Pottergate Road in Welbourn.
Fire crews from Sleaford and Brant Broughton were among those attending and the crews helped to open the driver’s door of the car.
The driver was then able to walk out of the car on their own, according to a fire service statement.
