Care home resident targeted in '˜complex' Skegness fraud case - do you recognise this man?

Detectives investigating a complex and lengthy fraud case in which an elderly resident of a Skegness care home had money withdrawn from her bank account have issued CCTV images of a man who may be able to assist the enquiry.
