Casualty freed from car after crash in Holbeach

Firefighters from Holbeach and Spalding stations were called to Foxes Low Rd where a car was reported to have come off the road just before 8.10am.

The casualty was helped out of an unspecified car by firefighters who used a number of small tools.

Later on yesterday, drivers faced delays on the A16 between Spalding to Boston after a two-vehicle crash which left one person needing first aid.

The crash happened in Spalding Road, Boston, just after 12.20 and fire crews needed hydraulic cutting gear to free one person the vehicle they were in.
