Cathedral concert in aid of refugees
A lunchtime concert in Lincoln Cathedral's Chapter House this Saturday will raise money for Syrian refugees.
Lincoln Hears Syria will feature various Lincolnshire music ensembles, including members of the University of Lincoln Orchestra, City of Lincoln Band, Lincoln Concert Orchestra and guests Sutton in Ashfield Choral Society.
The concert starts at 1.10pm and is free to attend, with a retiring collection for UNICEF, but normal admission charges to the cathedral apply (entrance gives a ticket which lasts 12 months).
