Cause 'unknown' of tractor fire in field near Spilsby
Firefighters say the cause of a tractor fire which spread across a stubble field near Spilsby is 'unknown'.
Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue were called at 11.07am yesterday (Thursday) and attended the incident in Main Road, Keal Coates.
Crews from Spilsby and Boston extinguished the fire using two hose reels and beaters.
A statement reads: "Severe damage by fire to one tractor and 50 square metres of stubble. Cause - unknown."
