Changes planned to former shops in Horncastle
Town councillors in Horncastle have backed plans to transform two former shops into residential units.
Mr and Mrs D Williams have submitted an application to alter the shops and a dwelling above at 2 Lindsey Court.
Several councillors noted the residential use would be preferable to the building falling into disrepair.
