Charity fashion success

ANSTON women have found their inner model to help raise money for charity.

A fashion show was held at South Anston Methodist Community Hall and raised £614 for MS.

Five local woman agreed to models and strut their stuff on the catwalk.

The clothes featured in the show were from French Connection and various items were available for sale after the fashion show.

Jackie Scott, one of the event organisers, said: “It was a great success. To be asked to be a model at the age of 71 was great, I jumped at the chance. I was the first one to walk down the catwalk.”

Jackie hoped the event could take place again.
