Clowne man kicks door

A ROW over money led to a Clowne man damaging the home of his partner’s cousin, a court heard.

Wayne Harrison, 23, of Barlborough Road, Clowne, followed Louise Fowler to Kelly Wareham’s address in Prospect Cottages following the argument.

Ms Wareham locked the door and Harrison shouted for Ms Fowler to come outside.

He then kicked the door causing it to bow and went home, Chesterfield magistrates were told.

Harrison admitted damaging property.

He was given a one-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £250 compensation to Ms Wareham.
