Clowne man not guilty

A CLOWNE man has been found not guilty of making allegations of corruption against police on the internet.

Raymond Field, 40, of Bramlyn Close, denied two charges of sending a false message intending to cause annoyance, inconvenience or anxiety.

He was said to have posted messages on Facebook alleging corruption against two police officers.

But Field was cleared after standing trial at Chesterfield Magistrates’ Court on 20th January.
