Club collects hundreds in donations
St Botolph Rotary Club and Boston police cadets braved the elements to collect donations of more than £230 for End Polio Now.
Rotary clubs have been fighting polio since 1985, and thanks to the work of Rotary clubs and others, only 37 cases were recorded in 2016, a 50 per cent decrease in one year.
The total amount collected on the day was £238.40.
