COMMUNITY: Gainsborough U3A

The next meeting is today, upstairs at Gainsborough Methodist Church. Start time for refreshments and socializing is 10am.

Talk on How the Tudors celebrated Christmas by Maureen Taylor will start at 10.30am. New members are always welcome to come and join us: only qualifying criteria are that they are over 45 and not in full time employment.

Tickets for the Christmas social will be on sale at this meeting.

The Navenby U3A meeting for all U3As was very well attended and thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Thank you to everyone who ran events during the day. A special thank you to Gainsborough U3A’s photography group for their excellent display of their Lincolnshire scenes.

These will be on display on Thursday for anyone who missed them.
