It is important to get your volunteer recruitment strategy right from the start.
This course will help you to develop effective recruitment methods, consider the types of volunteer roles you will be offering and steer clear of pitfalls. The training is aimed at those with some experience of managing volunteers, but is also suitable for anyone taking the first steps.
