COMMUNITY: Upton & Kexby Parish Council
At the last meeting, all councillors were present, no members of the public attended.
The meeting began with a minutes silence in remembrance of John Smart, a past and very good member of the council.
Matters discussed were, BT broadband, speed signs, precept for next year, Christmas lights and the village hall.
