Both incidents happened in Saxilby and were caught on CCTV and the evidence brought to the attention of West Lindsey District Council enforcement officers.

WLDC prosperous communities committee chairman Owen Bierley said: “Dog fouling remains a big issue in parts of the district and is something the council takes very seriously. We want our towns and villages to be clean. It is not acceptable to leave dog mess on our streets and in our parks where others, especially children, may step into it.”
