Justin Brooks, 45, of Doncaster Road, Langold. Stole five jars of coffee, to the value of £25, belonging to Morrisons. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Kelly Demmes, 29, of Springwell Lane, Doncaster. In Worksop, stole a purse containing cash and cards. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement and unpaid work requirement. Must carry out 40 hours of unpaid work. Must also pay £100 in court costs, an £85 victim surcharge and £15 in compensation.

Natasha Howarth, 25, of Fingleton, Worksop. Drove a car, namely a black vauxhall asta, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her blood, namely 160 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, exceeded the legal limit. The legal limit is 80 millligrammes. Was also found to be driving without an insurance policy in place. Banned from driving for 34 months. Fined £240. Must also pay £85 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £30.

Henry Raisbeck, 26, of Hardwick Road East, Worksop. Used a hand-held mobile telephone while driving a Ford transit van at Cheapside. Fined £220. Also ordered to pay court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Daniel Wilson, 47, of Radford Street, Worksop. Without reasonable excuse, was found in possession of an open vessel containing alcohol in Worksop town centre when prohibited from doing so by a criminal behaviour order. Jailed for nine weeks. Offence so serious due to record of previous offending and offence was committed in breach of a suspended sentence. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.
