Andrew Wade, 49, of Magpie Close, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. 10 hours of unpaid work given on top of 200 hours originally imposed.

Tina Fokes, 39, of Acacia Court, Mansfield. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order. Fined £3 for the breach.

Theft

Emma Buck, 28, of Queen Street, Worksop. Stole cash to the value of £500 belonging to a supermarket. Conditionally discharged for 12 months. Also ordered to pay £500 in compensation.

Lee Lacey, 36, of Holmes Road, Retford. Stole two locks to the value of £45.98 belonging to a supermarket. Fined £75 for the theft. Also ordered to pay compensation of £45.98. and £80 court costs.

Tony Matkin, 25, of Tylden Road, Worksop. Stole beer to the value of £16 and assaulted a police officer. Committed to prison for 16 weeks.

Motoring

Jaroslaw Rafalski, 44, of Allen Street, Worksop. Drove while over the alcohol limit. Fined £290. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £29 and £85 court costs.

Kevin Smith, 55, of Model Village, Creswell. Damaged a window to a value unkown without lawful excuse. Community order made. Must complete a Thinking Skills programme as part of the community order. Also ordered to pay compensation of £200 and £85 court costs.
