Allowed himself to be carried in a stolen Honda on 4th April. Received 12-months conditional discharge, £100 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Martyn Boswell, 46, of Gomersall Close, Retford.

Drink Driving on Grove Street, Retford, on 8th June.

Received 12-months community order, required to take Alcohol Treatment Programme, costs of £85, £60 victim surcharge and disqualified from driving for 48 months.

Geoffrey Hill, 63, of Retford. Drink driving on 6th June 2014.

Fined £270, £27 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Daniel Moore, 24, of Breck Lane, Dinnington.

Drink driving on 29th June 2014. Fined £400, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Bartosz Grolewski, 43, of Cresswell Road, Worksop.

Drink driving on 22nd April 2014. Fined £200, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 17 months.

William Webster, 27, of Bramley Drive, Sheffield. Drove a vehicle above the required speed limit on 14th October 2013.

Fined £35, £20 victim surcharge and costs of £80 and three points on licence.

Drugs

Jonathan Pearson, 29, of Furnuival Street, Worksop.

Found in possession of amphetamine on 27th June 2014. Received 12-months conditional discharge and £15 victim surcharge.

Theft

Krzysztaf Krajewski, 40, of Meadowcroft Gardens, Sheffield.

Stole two Hydor Koralia Wave Making Pumps and a Coral Testing Kit to the value of £191.97 from South Yorkshire Aquatics.

Fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £85 and £25 victim surcharge.

Andrew Smith, 43, of Low Town Street, Worksop.

Having entered as a trespasser to Worksop Waste, stole a till to the value of £850. Committed to prison for 18 weeks, suspended for 12 months and must require to 18-week curfew and ordered to pay £425 compensation.

Stephen Clay, 43, of Garside Street, Worksop.

Stole a JCB Twin-Pack Roll to the value of £159.98 belonging to B&Q. Community order made, ordered to pay compensation of £159.98 and costs of £85.

Adam Lee Cawthorne (34), no fixed abode. Stole coffee worth £13.96 from McColls Kirkby, £200 0f deodorants from Poundstretcher, Mansfield and failed to provide non-intimate sample for drug tests. Overall sentence of eight weeks in prison.

Ashley Lambley (26), Woodhouse Road Mansfield. Stole a pressure washer. Committed a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for offences of false representation and theft. Committed to prison for four weeks on activation of suspended sentence, overall sentence 16 weeks.

Robert Waterfield (56), of Lammas Close, Sutton. Stole beef valued at £12.27 from Asda, comitted offence during period of a suspended sentence order for the offences of theft and common assault. Suspended sentence implemented as a prison sentence of seven days, overall sentence 28 days.

Assault

Benjamin Tite, 30, of Hemmingfield Way, Worksop.

Assault on 17th September 2013. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for two years, 150 hours unpaid work, £250 compensation and costs of £100.

Breach

Philip Twist (41), Victoria Street, Mansfield. Failed to comply with requirements of a community order by failing to test clean. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 months.

Julian John Baker (28), Teal Avenue, Mansfield. Failed to comply with community order by failing to attend unpaid work. Also the theft of chocolate bars worth £15.78 from Tescos. Fined £50 ordered to pay compensation of £15.78. New and varied requirements of unpaid work for 160 hours within the next 12 months.
