Paul Smith, 31, of Wright Wilson Street, Retford: Failed to notify authorities of changes in financial circumstances that would affect benefit entitlements. Community order made to remain under curfew between 7pm and 4.30am for six months. Ordered to pay £360 compensation and £60 victim surcharge.

Josie Stevenson, 32, of Lancastrian Way, Worksop: Assaulted a man and damaged personal property. Community order made to attend alcohol treatment programme for six months and supervised appointments for six months and not enter any public house in Worksop town centre during that time. Ordered to pay £325 compensation.

Del Richardson, 23, of Chesterton Drive, Worksop: Assaulted a woman. Discharged conditionally for six months and ordered to pay £15 compensation.

Danny Ellery, 24, or Lordans Hill, Dinnington: Assaulted a woman. Community order made to remain under curfew between 8.30pm and 6am from Thursday to Sunday every week six months. Ordered to pay £100 compensation and £300 costs.

Christopher Pool, 24, of Waverley Place, Worksop: Assaulted a man and a woman and damaged personal property. Restraining order made not to contact victim, directly or indirectly, or go to Kent Close, Worksop at any time under 23rd October, 2014. Community order made to carry our 100 hours of supervised unpaid work, attend 19 sessions of Thinking Skills programme in 19 days, one session per day, attend supervised appointments with responsible officer or other such person. Ordered to pay £50 compensation.

Roger Scaiffe, 44, of The Croft, Worksop: Stole alcohol and entered building as a trespasser with intent to steal. Community order made to attend alcohol treatment programme for six months and supervised appointments for six months. Ordered to pay £3.29 compensation.

Joanne Smith, 39 of Queen Street Worksop: Stole meat and failed to surrender to custody. Sentenced to 16 weeks in prison.

James Kinsey, 28, of Darrel Road, Retford: Stole DVDs and bedding. Fined £50, ordered to pay £72.97 compensation, £30 costs and £20 victim surcharge.

Anti-social

Matthew Morris, 43, of Watson Road, Worksop: Acting in an anti-social manner likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Interim anti-social behaviour order made until 16th June, 2014. Defendant must not enter or remain upon Bridge Street, Worksop (except when attending pre-arranged appointments with his solicitor), Dock Road, Worksop, Priory Shopping Centre, Worksop or Ryton Street, Worksop. The defendant must not enter, remain or loiter outside the Miners Welfare on Babbage Way, Worksop, enter or remain in the Matalan store on Eastgate, Worksop, enter or remain in the Farmfoods Store on Memorial Avenue, Worksop, be in possession of an unsealed container of alcohol in any public place save for on licensed premises within a designated area, beg or encourage or incite others to do this within the same area, urinate anywhere other than a toilet or urinal within a the same area or associate with Darren Morley, Daniel Wilson, Sheldon Price, Andrew Price, Roger Scaife, Anthony Lee, Hayley Owen, Donna Wallis or Gary Perkins within a public place.

Lisa Siddons, 41, of Lynchett Lane, Worksop: Dishonestly claimed goods under a false name intending to make a gain. Community order made to attend alcohol treatment programme for six months and supervised appointments for six months. Ordered to pay £294.88 compensation.

Motoring

Andrew Storey, 45, of Whites Wood Lane, Gainsborough: Speeding. Fined £280, ordered to pay £85 costs and £38 victim surcharge. Licence endorsed with six points.

John Rushton, 27, of Lincoln Street, Worksop: Driving while disqualified. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, disqualified from driving for 84 days.
