Drink-driving

Lucy Brentnall, 24, of Glen Drive, Boston. At Fishtoft, drove on Reams Close, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath, equalled 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililtres of breath (legal limit 35). £240 fine, £24 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 12 months.

Carlos Oliveira, 36, of Dennis Estate, Kirton. At Boston, drove on Marsh Lane, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Lisa Cheston, 45, of Sydney Grove, Radcliffe on Trent. At Swineshead Bridge, drove a vehicle on the A17 Main Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 73 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Edmundas Gudanecas, 28, of Trafalgar Place, Boston. At Boston, drove a vehicle on Fydell Court, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 77 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Modestas Linka, 23, of Coneygear Road, Huntingdon. At Boston, drove on John Adams Way after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Edward Newton, 22, of Kent Road, Old Leake. At Old Leake, drove on Green Lane, whilst unfit to drive through drink; drove without a licence; drove without insurance. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Possession

Charlene Lee Johnson, 38, c/o Windsor Crescent, Boston. At Kitwood Road, Boston, had possesion of 3.85g of amphetamine, a controlled drug of class B; at Kitwood Road, had posession of 0.5ml of amphetamine, a controlled drug of class A. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs, both quantities of drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Theft

Juozas Petravicius, 29, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, stole a bottle of aftershave to the value of £36, belonging to Oldrids, commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made for the offences of using threatening words and/or behaviour, possessing an offensive weapon and assaulting a PC. Committed to prison for two weeks consecutive to the original suspended sentence of eight weeks which was implemented. £115 victim surcharge.

Vladimir Michailov, 32, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. At Boston, stole two model kits to the value of approximately £30, belonging to Models and Computers Plus. £30 compensation.

Breach of order

Colin John Garrard, 58, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At Boston, without reasonable excuse did an act, namely contacted someone on numerous occasions, which he was prohibited from doing by a non-molestation order. £80 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Failure to comply

Virginjus Staponkus, 37, of Norfolk Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on one date, failing to attend supervision on two dates, failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. Order to continue, varied to include 10 hours’ unpaid work extra (110 total) - original rehabilitation activity requirement to continue.

Drunk and 
disorderly

Andzej Balcevie, 28, of Rowley Road, Boston. At Boston, in Wyberton West Road, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Dmitrijs Pecencuks, 26, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include 80 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £620 costs.
