Failure to comply

Mindaugas Stasiulionis, 22, of Fydell Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston magistrates by failing to attend unpaid work on three dates, failed to provided an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days, failed to maintain contact with offender manager; original offence in respect of which the order made was for assault by beating. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, to include 110 hours’ unpaid work, £75 costs.

Andrius Karecka, 23, of Thorold Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirement of a community order made by Boston Magistrates Court by failing to attend unpaid work on two days, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager. £50 fine.

Ricky J. Truepenny, 27, of Brewster Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court by failing to attend unpaid work and supervision sessions, failing to provide an acceptable explanation and failing to maintain contact with offender manager; dealt with for the original offences of having entered as a trespasser a dwelling on Roman Bank, Spalding, stole therein a safe and its contents and having with him on Parthian Avenue, Boston, without good reason or lawful authority a bladed article; at B and M Bargains, Boston, stole thermal gloves to the value unknown; at Boston, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody having been released on police bail. Committed to prison for a total of 22 weeks.

Harassment

Graham Belfield, 56, of Parkgate Avenue, Conisborough. At Boston, pusued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of two others which he knew, or ought to have known, amounted to harassment in that he made telephone calls to their place of work disclosing personal details causing harassment to the both of them. Discharged conditionally for 24 months, restraining order made.

Drink driving

Arturas Kondzerskis, 38, of Fieldfax Croft, Boston. At Boston, drove on Carlton Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 113 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Community order made, to include 150 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 26 months.

Theft

Janis Diks, 28, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Ingelow Avenue, having entered as a trespasser a wooden shed, stole a pedal cycle. £145 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stephen Gordon Lewis Dixon, 38, of Duke Street, Boston. At Boston, stole a wallet and contents belonging to another; at Skegness, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Skegness Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings; commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for the offences of theft x2, possessing an offensive weapon in a public place and handling stolen goods. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for six months, £50 fine, original suspended sentence varied to a term of 16 weeks suspended for 18 months, with five days rehabilitation activity requirement added (55 days total).

Donatas Fursikas, 18, of Hospital Lane, Boston. At Sibsey Lane, Boston, used towards others threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

At Sibsey Lane, Boston, used towards others threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them.Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Deniss Nasulins, 34, of Chapel Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Lister Way, without a licence. £105 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.
