Theft

Michael Peter Patton, 26, of Penny Gardens, Boston. At Kirton, stole a pack of budweiser beers to the value of £7.99, belonging to Costcutter. £40 fine, £7.99 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Miroslaw Wyrzykowski, 52, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At Boston, stole food to the value of £3.89 belonging to Co-op Store. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.

Philip Ian Coleman, 27, of Brewster Road, Boston. At Brewster Road, stole Microsoft Tablet and charger to the value of £150, belonging to another. Community order made, to include drug rehabilitation for six months, £50 compensation, £180 criminal courts charge.

Assault

Gregorz Goraj, 39, of Broadfield Lane, Boston. Two charges of assaulting another by beating her in Sutterton. Committed to prison for 10 weeks, suspended for 12 months, restraining order made, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Adam Robert Hancock, 34, of no fixed abode. At Woad Farm Road, Boston, assaulted another by beating her. Community order made, to include 120 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Nathan Mettam, 19, of Wash Road, Kirton. At Kirton, assaulted another by beating them; at Kirton, used towards that person threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them. Committed to prison for 23 weeks suspended for 18 months, including 180 hours’ unpaid work, £200 compensation, £620 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Criminal Damage

Andrizej Ciebien, 31, of Kime Mews, Kirton. At North Drove, Quadring, without lawful excuse damaged an electric ram on electric gate to the value of £500 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £250 compensation, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Failure to comply

Sergej Kucenko, 36, of Witham Riverside Mews, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work and failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days. Order to continue, varied to include two hours extra unpaid work (total 82 hours).

Cause to fear

Matthew Benjamin Crook, 21, of Tower Road, Boston. Between September 10, 2015, and September 14, 2015, at Boston caused another to fear that violence would be used against her by a course of conduct which he knew or ought to have known would cause fear of violence to the victim on each occasion in that he sent Facebook messages, emails and texts threatening to kill and harm them, their family and their partner. Community order made, to include rehabilation activities for 15 days, 60 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made for the purpose of protecting the victim, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.

False
representation

Dainis Riciks, 49, of Leverett Road, Boston. At Holbeach Road, Boston, committed fraud in that he dishonestly made a false representation, namely producing a counterfeit driving licence to the DVLA, intending to make a gain, namely getting the penalty points added to the counterfeit licence, for himself; at Holbeach Road, Boston, with intent to deceive, had possession of a document so closely resembling a licence under the Road Traffic Act as to be calculated to deceive; used a motor vehicle on Holbeach Road, without insurance. £165 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Drink-driving

Alfonsas Medeikis, 49, of Tower Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Wide Bargate, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £230 fine, £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Melvin Leonard Pearson, 64, of Cole Lane, Stickford. At Louth, drove on the A16, Burwell Road, Louth, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 18 months.
