Theft

Dean David Platten, 35, of no fixed abode. At Lincoln, having entered as a trespasser a building, namely Chattertons Butchers and Bakers, stole therein two pies, two milkshakes and cash to the value of £20.85; at Boston, stole a charity tin to the value unknown belonging to McDonalds. Committed to prison for an overall length of 26 weeks, £300 compensation.

Threatening words/behaviour

Aleksejs Selkovs, 24, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. Taylor Gregg Hubbard, 20, of Bunting Road, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Boston Magistrates’ Court for the offence of assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty by failing to attend an office visit. At Haven Village Boston, without reasonable excuse, attended an address and contacted another which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for a period of two years for an offence of assault by beating. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £100 fine.

Stolen goods

Cheyenne Kohut, 32, of Clifton Road, Boston. At Clifton Road, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely Emporio Armani gift set at £47, two Ralph Lauren Polo Blue gift sets at £51.50 each and an Armani Code gift set at £67 belonging to Oldrids Store, Boston, by or for the benefit of herself or two others, or dishonestly arranged to do so, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods; at Clifton Road, Boston, dishonestly undertook in the retention, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely seven perfume gift sets to a total value of £383.60 belonging to Oldrids Store Boston, or for the benefit of herself or two others, or dishonestly arranged to do so, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. Thomas James Sunman, 26, of Kirton Drove, Kirton Fen. At Summerlands Public House, Roman Bank, Infgoldmells, intentionally touched a woman, aged 16 or over and that touching was sexual when she did not consent and you did not reasonably believe that she was consenting.
