Drink-driving

Graham Aliwell, 60, of Tower Road, Boston. At Boston, drove a motorvehicle on Horncastle Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres (legal limit 35). £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 17 months.

Michael Batchford, 61, of Kingfisher Drive, Skegness. At Boston, drove on Lincoln Lane after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 13 months.

Thomas Joseph Bell, 25, of The Wende, Spalding. At Frieston, drove on Bakers Lane, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 50 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilites of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Theft

Rebecca Elizabeth Bullman, 37, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Boston, stole nine cashmere jumpers to the value of £810 belonging to Marks and Spencer; at Boston, stole knitwear, to the value of £449, belonging to Marks and Spencer; commission of a further offence while subject to a 12-month conditional discharge for an offence of theft. Community order made, to include drug rehabilitation for six months and rehabilitation activity for 25 days, £449 compensation, £180 criminal courts charge.

Raimundas Matulionis, 32, of The Graylings, Boston. At Asda Store, on Lister Way, Boston, stole alcohol to the value of £53 belonging to the store; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for six months for an offence of theft; at Asda Store, stole two bottles of whisky to the value of £27 belonging to the store; at Iceland Store, Wide Bargate, stole two bottles of whisky to the value of £26 belonging to the store; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for six months for an offence of theft. Community order made to include alcohol treatment for six months and rehabilitation activity for 10 days, £60 victim surcharge, £26 compensation, orders to continue.

Threatening or abusive words/behaviour

Darcie Bradley, 18, of Bath Gardens, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, used threatening or abusive words of behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.

Benjamin Thomas Rodrigues, 18, of Standish Grove, Boston. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a window to the value of about £1,000 belonging to Thomas Campbell Estate Agents intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £1,000 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge.

Assault

Jevgenijs Jeustignejevs, 33, of Ingelow Avenue, Boston. At Ingelow Avenue assaulted another by beating them. Restraining order made, £140 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Knife

Nicole Abi Lunn, 18, of Kitwood Road, Boston. At High Street, Boston, had with her without good reason or lawful authority, in High Street, Boston, an article which had a blade or was sharply pointed, namely a knife. Referred to Lincolnshire youth offender panel for a contract having six months, £15 victim surcharge, knife to be forfeited and destroyed.

Failure to provide

Adrian Rogala, 38, of Boardsides, Hubberts Bridge, Frampton. At Sibsey Road, Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen of blood for a laboratory test, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £230 fine, £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.
