Drink-driving

Tiberiu-Cristian Stoian, 30, of Mayflower Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Lister Way after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 84 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Darren Shaun Cottrell, 35, of Crossways, in Retford. At Wrangle, drove on the A152 after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £280 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for 13 months.

Jessica May Lee-Follows, 28, of Hobhole Bank, New Leake. At James Street, Boston, drove a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 79 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Sergejus Kavaliauskas, 34, of Granville Street, Boston. At Granville Street, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove without a licence; drove without insurance; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for a period of 18 months imposed for two assault offences. £270 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months, no action taken on breach.

Aimee Louise Ward, 31, of Kitwood Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Eastwood Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Drunk and disorderly

Stanislaw Bazkowski, 40, of Medlock Place, Boston. At Boston, at Medlock Place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; at Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made, to include rehabilitation activity for 15 days and 60 hours’ unpaid work, £50 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Adam Robert Hancock, 35, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, in the Market Place, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; commission of further offence during a suspended sentence for an offence of burglary and theft non-dwelling. £65 fine, £30 victim surcharge.

Failure to comply

Tomasz Piotr Ogrodniczuk, 40, of Westside, in Spalding. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for three years.

Assault

Jason Brackenbury, 45, of Pilleys Lane, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beatng them. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
