Threat to kill

Matthew Charles Goring, 39, of Middlegate Road West, Frampton. At Butterwick, without lawful excuse made to another a threat to kill intending that the other would fear the threat would be carried out; at Butterwick, without lawful excuse, threatened another that their motor vehicle would be damaged intending that they would fear the threat would be carried out; at Boston, failed without reasonable excuse to surrender to custody at Boston Magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings; at Butterwick, caused another to fear on at least two occasions that violence would be used against them by their couse of conduct, which he knew ought to have known would cause fear of violence, and the offence was racially aggravated. Committed to prison for a total of 15 weeks suspended for one year, to include a drug rehabilitation requirement for six months, restraining order made, £80 victim surcharge, £100 costs.

Harassment

Arturas Stanaitis, 25, of Wainfleet Road, Boston. Between January 12, 2015, and February 19. 2016, at Boston, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment in that he constantly sent text messages to and telephoned her, loitered outside her address, drove past her address, visited her college and approached her in public places. Discharged conditionally for one year, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Paul Young, 45, of Lowfields Road, Benington . At Benington, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment in that he sent harassing and distressing text and social media messages. Community order made, to include rehabilitation for a maximum of 20 days and unpaid work for 60hours, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink-driving

Leszek Gabrowski, 46, of Castle Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Lincoln Lane, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove while disqualified; drove without insurance. £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 36 months, committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for two years, to include rehabilitation for 15 days and 80 hours’ unpaid work.

Miroslaw Kruc, 48, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Market Place after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 119 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, drove while disqualified from driving; drove without insurance. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for two years to include rehabilitation activity for 15 days and 120 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 52 months.

Jay Jordan Gilbert, 22, of Frampton Place, Boston. At Boston, drove a motor vehicle on Frampton Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in blood equalled 121 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 80). £400 fine, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Edson Vagner Octavio Pereira Teixeira, 35, of Spayne Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Bond Street, after consuming so much alcohol the proportion of it in breath equalled 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £260 fine, £26 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Andris Melkis, 42, of Edinburgh Drive, Wisbech. At Boston, drove a motor vehicle on Freiston Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £300 fine, £30 victim surcharges, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Drunk and disorderly

Ilja Verenko, 24, of Hilda Street, Boston. At Boston, on Trinity Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £220 fine, £22 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Possession

Yasmin Nicolls, 51, of Station Road, Eastville. At Eastville, had possession of a quantity of amphetamine, a controlled drug of class B. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, quantity of amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Jaroslav Zigo, 23, of Vauxhall Road, Boston. At Boston, had possession of 1.88 grams of amphetamine, a controlled drug of class B. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Theft

Neringa Zamaliene, 42, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Boston, stole two bottles of vodka to the value of £18.98, belonging to B&M. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Pawl Krasuk, 22, of Windmill Court, Boston. At Boston, stole two bottles of whisky to the value of £28 belonging to Asda. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Lloyd Andrew Mitchell, 30, of Shaw Road, Boston. At Superdrug, on Silver Street, Boston, stole an electric toothbrush to the value of £169.99. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £169.99 compensation.

Danielle Marie Nuttell, 30, of High Street, Kirton. At Boston, stole four Radley purses to the value of £276 belonging to Oldrids Store. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £20 victim surcharge, £60 costs.

James Jordan Whittermore, 22, of High Street, Boston. At Boston, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Darron Richard Abbott, 50, of London Road, Boston. At Westside Surgery, Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby that person was likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked; at Westside Surgery, in Boston, used threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. £615 fine, £62 victim surcharge, £550 costs.

Richard Simon Everard, 28, of Chapel Lane, Sibsey. At Sibsey Road, Boston, used towards two others threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Shane Richard Grooby, 42, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for six months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Robert Alan Storr, 25, of Willington Road, Kirton. At Boston, without lawful excuse damaged a Peugeot 206 motor car to the value of £200, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Boston, assaulted another by beating them. £175 fine, £200 compensation, £85 costs, community order made to include three month curfew between 8pm and 4am daily, £100 compensation, £60 victim surcharge.

Ryan Philip Bates, 24, of Penny Gardens, Kirton. At Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a vehicle wing mirror to the value of unknown belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £100 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stefan Widdop, 23, of c/o Frieston Road, Boston. At Drummond Road, Skegness, used a motor vehicle without insurance; used a motorvehicle without a licence. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Taking without consent

Pawel Wieczerzak, 20, of Wyberton Low Road, Boston. At Boston, without the consent of the owner, or other lawful authority, took a conveyance, namely a Seat Ibiza, for the use of himself or another; at Boston, drove without a licence on Broadfield Street; at Boston, used a vehicle without insurance on Broadfield Street. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £200 fine.

Failure to provide

Anna Ewa Krasa, 27, of Trinity Street, Boston. At Boston, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis failed to do so. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
