Assault

Leon Naylor, 18, of Marsh Road, Sutterton. At Bridgewater Lane, Pinchbeck, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge.

Vasifas Orudzovas, 56, of Trinity Street, Boston. At McDonalds restaurant, Queen Street, Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 vcitim surcharge, £250 costs.

Marius Cesnulevicius, 31, of London Road, Wyberton. At The Folly, in Market Place, Boston, assaulted another by beating. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Ruslans Karpacovs, 19, of Rowan Avenue, Spalding. At Boston, assaulted another occassioning actual bodily harm. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, £700 compensation, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Theft

Daniela Elena Serban, 20, of Sleaford Road, Boston. At Boston, stole Yves St Lauren perfume, to the value of £60, belonging to Oldrids and Co; at Boston, stole jewellery, to the value of £75, belonging to Marks and Spencers; at Boston, stole jewellery to the value of £27.96, belonging to The Officers Club. £150 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Saulius Simkus, 34, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Boston, stole alcoholic hand gel to a value of £7 belonging to NHS Pilgrim Hospital, commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months imposed for an offence of shoplifting. Community order made to include alcohol treatment for six months and rehabilitation activity for 20 days, £7 compensation, £60 costs.

Drink-driving

Anna Sijakova, 57, of Main Road, Friskney. At Wainfleet, drove a vehicle in the car park of Co-op, on High Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 71 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of alcohol (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Michael William Benson, 41, of Meridian Road, Fishtoft. At Kirton, drove on Holme Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in blood equalled 100 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 80); at Kirton, used a motorvehicle without insurance; at Kirton, drove without a licence. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 13 months.

Colin Phillip Clark, 60, of Boston Road, Kirton. At Kirton, drove on Boston Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 19 months.

Failure to comply

Christopher Herbert, 27, c/o Castlegate, Gipsey Bridge. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order by failing to attend unpaid work and failing to provide an acceptable explanation to cover the absence within seven days. Suspended sentence of 26 weeks imprisonment suspended for 24 months extended to 27 months (three months added for breach).

Joshua Paul Hickman, 19, of Caleb Hill Road, Boston. At Old Leake, used towards two others threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used; twice, at Old Leake, assaulted another by beating them. Committed to prison for a total of nine weeks, £80 victim surcharge.

Darius Marozas, 30, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Tattershall Road while disqualified, drove without insurance. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Search/Trespass in pursuit

William Johnson, 36, of Northampton Road, Market Harborough. At Kirton Holme, during the daytime, trespassed by entering upon land at Beck Back in search or pursuit of game, woodcocks, snipes or conies. £500 fine, £50 victim surcharge, £1,250 costs.
