Drunk and 
disorderly

Aaron Dax Green, 19, c/o Taverner Road, Boston. At Boston, in West Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; at Boston, in Bridge Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.

Roman Humpula, 46, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Boston, in Carlton Road, was guilty, while drink, of disorderly behaviour. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Failure to provide

Artur Pavliukovic, 22, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Sydney Street, Boston, failed without reasonable excuse to co-operate with a preliminary test, namely to provide a sample of breath at the roadside, while suspected of being in charge of a motorvehicle while under the influence of alcohol. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, licence endorsed with four points.

Leigh Aaron Dawson, 31, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Castledyke Bank, Gipsey Bridge, when suspected of having been in charge of a vehicle and required to provide a specimen of urine, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £525 costs, £520 criminal courts charge, licence endorsed with 10 points.

Theft

Egidijus Mikulevicius, 37, of Liquorpond Street, Boston. At Boston, stole meat and toileties to the value of £46.65 belonging to Asda; at Boston, stole aftershave to the value of £60 belonging to Oldrids store; at Iceland, Boston, stole two packets of chicken breast to the value of £20 belonging to Iceland; commission of a further offence while subject to a six month conditional discharge for two offences of theft. Community order made, to include 150 hours’ unpaid work in the next 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.

Jordan Mark Martin Trainer, 21, of South End, Boston. At Boston, with intent to cause another harassment, alarm or distress, used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour thereby causing that or another person harassment alarm or distress and the offence was racially aggravated. Community order to include rehabilitation activity for 25 days and 60 hours’ unpaid work in 12 months, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £180 criminal courts charge.

Motoring

Mantas Varnelis, 26, of Tower Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on Quaker Lane, without a licence; drove without insurance; drove while using a hand-held telephone; at Boston, wilfully obstructed a constable in the execution of his duty. £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, licence endorsed with nine points.

Drink/driving

Antony Michael Maynard, 38, of Jubilee Close, Kirton. At Kirton Holme, drove on Holmes Lane, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Community order made to include rehabilitation activity for 15 days and unpaid work for 60 hours in 12 months, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 23 months.

At Boston, drove on High Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £230 fine, £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 14 months.
