Drink-driving

Ainars Lapsa, 41, of Joy Paine Close, Boston. At Kirton Holme, drove on Holme Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston, drove on Lincoln Lane after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 95 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 milliitres of breath (legal limit 35). Committed to prison for a total of 18 weeks suspended for 24 months, to include rehabilitation for 15 days, 60 hours’ unpaid work, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 45 months, £85 costs.

Assault

Jordan William Grooby, 18, of Westfield Avenue, in Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them, commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months for an offence of drunk and disorderly. £85 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Theft

Tomas Baltutis, 37, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At Boston, with another, stole a bottle of whiskey, to the value of £13 belonging to Morrisons; commission of a further offence whiles subject to an order of conditional discharge for six months for an offence of theft. Community order made, to include 40 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Raimondas Vaznevicius, 33, of West Row, Boston. At Boston, stole clothing items to the value of £22 belonging to Matalan Retail; at Boston, stole a DAB rdio to the value of £49 belonging to Oldrids and Co. Community order made, to include drug rehabilitation for and rehabilitation activity for 15 days, £60 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.

Daniel Paul Crane, 23, of no fixed abode. At Boston, stole meat items and washing gel to the value of £35.47, belonging to Co-Op shop, Woodville Road, Boston; at Boston, in company with another, stole washing powder to a value of £51.50 belonging to B&M Boston; commission of a further offence while subject to a six month conditional discharge for seven offences of theft from shop; commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for 12 months for an offence of criminal damage; at Co-op, West Street, Boston, stole cheese to the value of £18 belonging to Co-op Store. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation for six months, rehabilitation activity for 25 days, £18 compensation, £150 criminal courts charge, detained in the courthouse due to detention being served by reason of time already spent in custody.

Drugs

Christian Paul Fenwick, 31, of no fixed abode. At Boston, had possession of 7.98g of Methylmethcathinone. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge, quantity of Methylmethcathinone to be forfeited and destroyed.

Stolen Goods

Christopher Micheal Shinn, 22, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, removal, disposal or realisation of stolen goods, namely a Sonia Experian mobile telephone to the value of £50, by or for the benefit of himself, or dishonestly arranged so to do, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. £70 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £180 criminal courts charge.

Failure to provide

Raivis Silajs, 21, of Roman Bank, Spalding. At Boston, when in charge of a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis by means of a device of a type approved by the Secretary of State, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £135 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, licence endorsed with 10 points.

Drunk and 
disorderly

Slawomir Czeslaw Galicki, 29, of Still Lane, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, in a public place was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £80 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Drunk while in charge of child

Artur Mariusz Hek, 30, of Union Place, Boston. At Boston, was found drunk in a highway, namely Windsor Bank, while having the charge of a child under under the age of seven years. £50 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.
