Drink-driving

Valerij Tichormirov, 48, of Freiston Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Spalding Road, Wyberton, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 129 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). Community order made, to include 200 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 34 months.

Laimutis Savickas, 27, of Lindis Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Thorold Street after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

John Benjamin Wilson, of Main Road, New Bolingbroke. At Tumby Woodside, dove on Station Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 90 micogrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £250 fine, £25 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 23 months.

Assault

Marcin Michal Sufranek, 19, of Middlecott Close, Boston. At West Street, Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include 50 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Tony Kirkby, 42, of Broadway, Peterborough. At Freiston, assaulted another by beating them, conviction of an offence while a community order made by Lincolnshire Magistrates Court for an offence of assault by beating was in force. Committed to prison for a total of 20 weeks, restraining order made, £250 compensation, £80 victim surcharge, £520 criminal courts charge, community order revoked.

Kestutis Kaleda, or Norburn, Bretton, Peterborough. At Hospital Lane, Boston, committed assault by beating. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Alfonsas Medeikis, 49, of Tower Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Wide Bargate, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £230 fine, £23 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Drunk and 
disorderly

Tomas Baltutis, 37, of Willoughby Road, Boston. At Boston, in Queens Road, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour; commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order made for an offence of theft. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Failure to report

Gary Pagden, 52, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. At Boston, being the driver of a vehicle, owing to the presence of which on a Main Ridge East, an accident occurred where damage was caused to another vehicle, and not having given his name and address to a person having reasonable grounds for requiring him to do so, failed to report the accident. £75 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with five points.

Criminal damage

Lauris Belickis, 31, of Carlton Road, Boston. At Langrick Road, in Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a Mazda 6, belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Kevin Hindle, 44, of Jenkins Lane, Leverton. At Main Road, Wrangle, without lawful excuse, damaged a BMW motor vehicle to the value of £2,500 belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Discharged condtionally for 18 months, £1,500 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Theft

Michael Peter Patton, 26, of Penny Gardens, Boston. At Kirton, stole a pack of Budweiser Beets, to the value of £7.99, belonging to Costcutter. £40 fine, £7.99 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £150 criminal courts charge.

Miroslaw Wyrzykowski, 52, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At Boston, stole food to the value of £3.89 belonging to Co-op Store. Discharged conditionally for six months, £15 victim surcharge, £150 criminal courts charge.
