Stacey David Ruck, 40, of Silt Pit Lane, of Wyberton. At Wyberton, had possession of a Martin-action, breech loading, single barreled.410” calibre shotgun without holding a certificate under the Firearms Act. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs, shotgun and ammunition to be forfeited. £400 fine, £40 victim services, £85 costs.

Drink-driving

Evaldas Tirva, 26, of Wyberton West Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on High Street and Wyberton West Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath, equalled 106 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

Nerijus Kazlauskas, 26, of Horncastle Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Red Cap Lane, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath eualled 67 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres (legal limit 35). £230 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Karen Pullen, 55, of London Road, Wyberton. At Boston, drove on London Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 115 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £180 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 24 months.

At Boston, drove on John Adams Way, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £100 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Words/behaviour

Emma Wright, 33, of Sea Lane, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by her. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £15 victim, £85 costs.

At Boston, used towards another threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause that person to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them. £135 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Vilius Jonas Vaicekauskas, 67, Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Fishtoft Road, Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for three years, £300 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £200 costs.

Gary John Phoenix, 49, of George Street, Mablethorpe. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include curfew for three months, £150 fine, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Erikas Bernotavicius, 31, Tunnard Street, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made to include rehabilitation activity for 20 days, 60 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Darius Kuprevicius, 43, of Main Ridge East, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include rehabilitation activity for 20 days, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Sean Michael Medcalf, 45, of Brewster Road, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating. Community order made to include 100 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £200 costs.

Archie Philip Bushell, 19, Donington Road, Kirton End, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another. Community order made, to include rehability activity requirement for up to 20 days, 100 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Theft

Marcin Pawel Kusy, 39, of Fydell Street, Boston. At Boston, stole groceries to the value of £172.90, belonging to Asda plc; at Market Place, Boston, stole razor blades to value of £63.76, belonging to Boots the Chemist; at Market Place, Boston, not being at his place of adbode, had with him an article for use in the course of, or in connection with theft, namely a foiled lined carrier bag. Community order made to include four week curfew and rehabilitation for 20 days, £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs, foiled lined carreir bag.

Anna Kruczek, 31, of Fydell Street, Boston. At West Street, Boston, stole five tins of baby milk, to the value of £49.95 belonging to the Co-op; at Boston, stole two pairs of Adidas trainers to the value of £64 belonging to Sports Direct, Boston, commission of a further offence while subject to an order of conditional discharge for nine months. £70 fine, £49.95 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £65 costs, no action taken on breach.

Bret James Holmes-Parker, 37, of Skegness Road, Chapel St Leonards. At Boston, stole quantity of coffee to the value unknown belonging to B&M Store; at Boston, stole dog leads to the total value of £80 belonging to Pets at Home store; at Boston, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Boston magistrates’ Court, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings; at Skegness, stole coffee to the value of £40 belonging to Spar stores; at Skegness, stole two Yankee candles to the value of £19 belonging to Beales Department Store; at Skegness, stole two packets of pork loin to the value of approximately £6 belonging to Asda; at The Spar Shop, Drummond Road, Skegness, stole 13 cans of Lynx Deodorant to the value of £40; at Skegness police Station, had possession of three tablets of Pregabalin, a controlled drug of class C; at Skegness police station had possession of three tablets of Temazapam, a controlled drug of class C; at Skegness, in the county of Lincolnshire, failed without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Skegness Magistrates’ Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. £40 compensation, £19 compensation, £6 compensation, £40 compensation, compensation ordered as penalty due to the time already spent in custody.

Cause to fear

Remigijus Vaickus, 34, of Liquorpond Street, Boston. At Boston, caused another to fear that violence would be used against them by a course of conduct which he knew or ought to have known would cause fear of violence in that he sent a number of threatening text message; in Lincolnshire, disclosed private sexual photograph or film without the consent of another, an individual who appears in photograph or film, with intention of causing that person distress. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for two years, restraining order made, £80 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Motoring

Graham Stephen York, 41, of Backgate, Cowbit. At Boston, drove on Rawsons Lane, at a speed exceeding 30 miles an hour. £40 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Drink/disorder

Philip Hill, 50, of Alexandra Road, Skegness. At Boston Pilgrim Hospital, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for six months, £20 victim surcharge, £40 victim surcharge.

Aigar Norowski, 27, of Tunnard Street, Boston. At Boston, in Emery Lane, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Discharged conditionally for three months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Criminal damage

Sean Oakes, 34, of North Forty Foot Bank, of Holland Fen with Brothertoft, Boston. At Municipal Buildings, West Street, Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a glass panel to the value of £261.16, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

Failure to comply

Scott Lewis, 44, of Station Street, Donington. At Donington, failed to comply with a condition subject to which a shotgun certificate was held, namely that he did not keep his shotgun in a locked shotgun cabinet. Discharged conditionally for three months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drug-driving

Robert Michael Wells, 37, of Frithville Road, Sibsey. At Boston, drove on Chain Bridge Road, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine, in his blood, namely 63 micrograms per litre of blood, exceeded the specified limit (legal limit 50); at Boston, drove on Chain Bridge Road, Boston, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Morphine, in his blood equalled 138 micrograms per litre of blood exceeded the specified limit (legal limit 80). £110 fine, £20 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Harassment

Nathan Doughty, 27, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Woad Farm Road, Boston, pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of another which you knew or ought to have known amounted to harassment in that he sent numerous unwanted messages via Facebook Messenger. Community order made, to include 80 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £60 victim surcharge, £100 costs.
