Ryan Searle, 33, of no fixed abode. At Co-op Store, West Street, Boston, stole cheese to the value of £30. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge.

Jason Thomas Garwell, 29, of Maple Road, Fishtoft. At Boston, stole clothes to the value of £109.50, belonging to Marks and Spencers; at Boston, stole a pedal cycle to a value unknown belonging to another; again at Boston stole a pedal cycle to a value unknown belonging to another; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharged for 12 months for an offence of theft. Community order made, to include drug rehabilitation for six months and rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days, £109.50 compensation, £85 costs.

Sergejus Kavaliauskas, 34, of Portland Street, Boston. At Taverner Road, Boston, assaulted another by beating them; again at Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Emil Tyfel, 36, of Peck Avenue, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them; at Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a plant pot to the value of £20 belonging to another intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged. Community order made, to include a one month curfew, £50 compensation, £20 compensation.

Words/behaviour

David Broughton, 62, of Burrows Close, Boston. At Burrows Close, Boston, used towards two PCs threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them; at Burrows Close, Boston, resisted a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made to include rehabilitation activity for upto a maximum of 12 days, £120 fine, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Stolen goods

Gary Pagden, 52, of Elizabeth Road, Boston. A Boston, dishonestly undertook or assisted in the retention, disposal, removal or realisation by or for the benefit of another person, stolen goods namely a telescope, binoculars, Fuji digital camera and tripod to the value of approximately £4,000, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. £120 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £300 costs.

Aleksandras Darcanovas, 33, of Grand Sluice Lane, Boston. At Boston, used a motorvehicle on the Market Place without insurance. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Darren Mark Gaunt, 43, of Woodthorpe Avenue, Boston. Speeding on the A153 Main Road (Eastbound), at Anwick. £100 fine, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Leszek Gabrowski, 46, of Castle Street, Boston. At Kirton, drove on the A16 while disqualified from driving; drove without insurance; commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order imposter for an offence of driving while disqualified. Committed to prison for an overall length of 14 weeks, £115 victim surcharge, disqualifed from driving for 36 months.

Trespass

Maris Cirulis-Jansons, 33, of Muster Roll Lane, Boston. At Boston, entered as a trespasser Barnados charity shop, on Skirbeck Road, with intent to steal; at Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged Dominos Pizza to the value of unknown intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged; at Boston, without lawful excuse damaged Love Fish Shop to the value unknown intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £500 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, £972 compensation and £468 compensation.

Violent entry

Lee David Andrew, 40, of Edinburgh Drive, Kirton. At Town Dam Lane, Donington, without lawful authority, used violence for the purpose of securing entry into premisses knowing there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to said entry. Discharged conditionally for 18 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Possession

Joao Carlos De Jesus Carvalho, 54, of Norfolk Street, Boston. At Norfolk Street, Boston, had possession of a quantity of diamorphine. £100 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, diamorphine forfeited and destroyed.
