Drink-driving

Mihai Cherciu, 23, of Windsor Bank, Boston. Drove on Freiston Road, Boston, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Constantin-Florin Rosu, 28, of Hospital Lane, Boston. At Horncastle Road, Boston, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 43 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Horncastle Road, Boston, used a vehicle without insurance. £186 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Saulius Siaulinskas, 47, of Hospital Lane, Boston. At Boston, drove on South Square, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 85 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £280 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 45 months.

Motoring

Andrzej Piotr Pietrzak, 52, of Jubilee Avenue, Boston. At Boston, drove on London Road, while disqualified from driving; drove without insurance. Committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Theft

Olegs Solomons, 37, of South End, Boston. At TK Maxx, Boston, stole women’s clothing to the value of £116.93. £140 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Dariusz Kaczkowski, 31, of Spilsby Road, Boston. At Boston, stole food to the value of £4.69 belonging to Co-op stores. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Blas Jose Liebanas-Rolfe, 26, c/o Ingelow Avenue, Boston. At Boston, stole a games console, controllers and four games belonging to another. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £36.50 compensation, £20 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Violent entry

Edvins Vilcaks, 41, of Granville Street, Boston. At Boston, without lawful authority, used violence for the purpose of securing entry into premises, knowing that there was someone present on those premises who was opposed to said entry. £250 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Assault

Chloe Gill, 18, of Frithville Road, Sibsey. At Boston, assaulted another by beating them; application made to revoke youth rehabilitation order made for an offence of assault by beating on March 8, 2016, on the grounds that it is due to expire on March 7, 2017. £100 fine, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, order revoked.

Luke John Tilley, 25, of Maltby Way, Horncastle. At Sibsey, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include rehabilitation for 30 days, restraining order made, £100 fine, £85 costs.

Sean Steven Ward, 36, of Hardwick Estate, Kirton. At Boston, resisted a constable in the execution of his duty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £400 costs.

Exposing genitals

Sam Thomas, 27, of Sherwood Avenue, Boston. At Co-op, Market Place, Long Sutton, intentionally exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress; at Lime Walk, Long Sutton, intentionally exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress; at Old Main Road, Fleet Hargate, intentionally exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress; at Little London, Long Sutton, intentionally exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress; at Windsor Crescent, Boston, intentionally exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress. Community order made, to include a six month curfew, participate in a Community Sex Offender Group programme for 185 hours, rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 30 days, 200 hours’ unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, defendant required to register with the police in accordance with the Sexual Offences Act 2003 for five years.

Drug-driving

Alan Malcolm Hazell, 50, of Comer Close, Boston. At Boston, drove on Freiston Road, when the proportion of a controlled drug, namely Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, in his blood was greater than 7.0 micrograms per litre (legal limit 2). £128 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 12 months.
