Drink-driving

Rolandas Zubovas, 32, of Woodville Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fishtoft Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £350 fine, £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Ramunas Pucinskas, 32, of Castle Street, Boston. At Boston, drove on the A16, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £290 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Arturas Daminaitis, 21, of Park Road, Boston. At Sleaford Road, Boston, drove a vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); drove while disqualified. Committed to prison for 20 months, £115 victim surcharge, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Theft

Daniel Jenkins, 33, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Spalding, stole a number of industrial batteries to an approximate value of £1,500 belonging to Welland Power. Community order made, to include 120 hours’ unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge.

Derek Newark, 50, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At Boston, stole food to the value of £32 belonging to Iceland Store, commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for two months imposed for an offence of possessing class B drug. Community order made, to include six months treatment for drug dependency and up to 20 days of rehabilitation activity, £60 victim surcharge.

David Andrew Holland, 41, of Hurns End, Old leake. Was found in an enclosed garden on Highgate, in Leverton, for an unlawful purpose, namely theft. £200 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Simion Edwards, 23, of Witham Street, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, used towards others threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by them; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge for 12 months imposed for a public order offence; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge order for 18 months imposed for a public order offence, travelling without a ticket and causing criminal damage. Community order made to include rehabilitation for a maximum of 10 days, £100 fine, £85 victim surcharge.

Drunk and disorderly

Anatolous Mezencovs, 29, of Main Ridge East, Boston. In a public place in Main Ridge East, Boston, was guilty while drunk of disorderly behaviour. £220 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
