COURT RESULTS: Our weekly register of court cases

Here's a rundown of some of the latest results from cases heard at Boston Magistrates' Court...

Theft

Sean Christopher Clay, 31, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, stole toiletries to the value of £49.50, belonging to Boots; commission of a further offence while subject to a conditional discharge imposed for 24 months for an offence of theft. Community order made to include drug rehabilitation for six months, rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 25 days, £49.50 compensation, no action taken on breach.

Rebecca Elizabeth Bulman, 38, of Kyme Road, Boston. At Boston, stole seafood items to the value of £30 belonging to Iceland Frozen Foods; at Boston, stole two turkey crowns to the value of £21.98 belonging to Heron; commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence for an offence of theft. Committed to prison for an overall length of 12 weeks, £30 compensation, £21 compensation.

Rogerio Bulla, 38, of Wormgate, Boston. At Boston, stole fragrance to the value of £49 belonging to Oldrids and Co. £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Mark Lesley Miles, 39, of Richmond Way, Leverington. At Boston, stole alcohol to the value of £63 belonging to B&M Bargains. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drink-driving

Christopher Brian Griggs, 26, of Skirbeck Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on London Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 125 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit 80). £200 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 15 months.

William Joseph Robinson, 22, of Skirbeck Gardens, Boston. At Boston, drove on Botolph Street, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 milliitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Assault

Shane Michael Drury, 23, of Redstone Caravan Park, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another. Restraining order made, £80 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £40 costs.

Jimmy Derek Nuttall, 24, of South Square, Boston. At Market Place, Boston, assaulted a constable in the execution of his duty. Community order made to include rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 20 days, £50 compensation, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Tadeus Buzinskij, 36, of Woodville Road, Boston. At Boston, assaulted another, thereby occasioning actual bodily harm. £100 fine, £100 compensation, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Miroslav Kolosevski, 30, of Horace Street, Boston. At Castle Square, Wyberton West Road, Boston, assaulted another by beating them. Community order made, to include rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 30 days, 80 hours’ unpaid work, restraining order made, £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Possession

Ramunas Sidlauskas, 21, of Sydney Street, Boston. At Boston, had possession of 10.32 grams of methylenedioxymethylamphetamine (MDMA); at Boston, had possession of 19.25 grams of cannabis and cannabis resin. £175 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.

Derek Newark, 50, of Red Lion Street, Boston. At Red Lion Street, had possession of a quantity of amphetamine. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £20 victim surcharge, amphetamine to be forfeited and destroyed.

Taking without consent

James Winter, 18, of Princess Road, Kirton. At Boston, without the consent of the owner or other lawful authority, took a conveyance, namely Toyota Picnic, for the use of himself or another; speeding on Holbeach Road, Spalding; driving without insurance; driving a vehicle without an MOT; driving without a licence. £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Failure to provide

Bogdan Masalski, 43, of Haven Meadows, Boston. At Boston Police Station, when suspected of having driven a vehicle and having been required to provide a specimen or specimens of breath for analysis in the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence, failed without reasonable excuse to do so. £260 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Drunk and disorderly

Slawomir Czeslaw Galicki, 30, of Still Lane, Boston. At Still Lane, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £135 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
