Breach of order

Sean Michael Medcalf, 45, of West Winch, Kings Lynn. At Boston, without reasonable abuse shouted at another which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order. Community order made to include 40 hours’ unpaid work, £85 victim surcharge, £200 costs.

Drugs Production

Alban Gjana, 28, of Haven Village, Boston. At Boston, produced 18 plants of cannabis, a controlled drug of class B. £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £625 costs, 18 plants of cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed.

Assault

Shola Marie Elizabeth Ackroyd, 18, of Scotia Road, Fishtoft. At Boston, assaulted another thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm. Discharged conditionally for two years, £300 compensation, £100 costs.

Motoring

Graham John Beck, 59, of Winchester Crescent, Chaddesden. Speeding on the A17 Westbound at Swineshead Bridge. £40 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Leslie James Yates, 75, of Coots Lane, Mumby. Drove on the A16 Main Road, at Stickney, without due care and attention. £80 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with three points.

Darius Sukevic, 21, of Woodville Road, Boston. At Boston, used a vehicle on the A16 Sutterton without insurance; drove without a licence. £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, licence endorsed with six points.

Information

Sarah Watkin, 48, of Punchbowl Lane, Boston. At West Parade, Lincoln, having been required, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. £660 fine, £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for six months.

Drink-driving

Wojciech Bryll, 39, of Highgate, Leverton. At Boston, drove a vehicle on Fernleigh Way, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £200 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Paul Clarke, 31, of Fishtoft Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Tattershall Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £120 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Theft

Benjamin Lee Gray, 31, of South Terrace, Boston. At Heron Food Store, on Wide Bargate, Boston, stole a turkey. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, £17.99 compensation, £85 costs.
