Failed to comply

Shaun Overton, 39, c/o Centre Point, Red Lion Street, Boston. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he breached licence conditions in that he failed to attend an appointment with the probation service. £10 fine.

Drink-driving

Joanna Dorota Kowalczyk, 36, of Clarke Court, Wyberton. At Spilsby Road, Boston, drove on Spilsby Road after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35). £330 fine, £33 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified for 14 months.

Valdemaras Aleksa, 30, of Fenside Road, Boston. At Boston, drove on Fenside Road, after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit 35); at Boston used a vehicle without insurance. Two £320 fines, £32 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 40 months.

Criminal damage

Callum Mark Rowe, 20, of Lenton Way, Frampton. Two charges of, at Boston, without lawful excuse, damaged a building wall to the value of under £5,000 belonging to another, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. £80 fine, £250 compensation, £30 victim surcharge.

Motoring

Michal Karczmarski, 28, of Witham Town, Boston. At Boston, drove on Sluice Bridge, while disqualified from driving; at Boston, used a motorvehicle on Sluice Bridge without insurance. £300 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, disqualified from driving for 14 days.

Handling stolen goods

Jan Andrzej Makowski, 59, of Woad Farm Road, Boston. At Boston, dishonestly received stolen goods, namely a quantity of mens clothing, of a value unknown belonging to Marks and Spencer, knowing or believing the same to be stolen goods. £100 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Drugs production

Glen Frederick Cheshire, 39, of Boston Road, Kirton. At Boston, was concerned in the production of a quantity of cannabis by another. £250 fine, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, cannabis plants to be forfeited and destroyed.

Drunk and disorderly

Anthony William Elding, 26, of Stanhope Way, Boston. At Boston, in High Street, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £400 fine, £40 victim surcharge, £85 costs.
