Jasmine Anne Smith, 25, of Wingfield Avenue, Worksop, admitted assaulting a woman causing actual bodily harm. She was discharged conditionally for two years. A restraining order was imposed, with compensation of £250, victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Mark John Barnett, 49, of Southdene, Worksop, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was fined £120 with compensation of £50 and costs of £85.

Kathleen Watson, 48, of Springfield Road, Retford, pleaded guilty to stealing a Philips electric toothbrush to the value of £270 from Boots. She was committed to prison for a total of eight weeks suspended for 12 months, with a rehabilitation activity requirement of 15 days and ordered to pay £270 compensation.

Joel Kemp, 26, of Caledonian Road, Retford, stole a trifle to the value of £2 belonging to the Co-op. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, pay £2 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lisa Charne Carr, 43, of Shireoaks Common, Shireoaks, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of breath for analysis and driving a vehicle without insurance. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £120 with victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

James Beighton, 44, of St Paul Close, Todwick, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Fined £660, 366 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with six points.

Shaun Morley, 32, of Cotswold Court, Carlton in Lindrick, admitted driving in excess of 30 miles per hour. He was fined £40, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence was endorsed with three points.

Layla Nicklin, 41, of Addison Square, Dinnington, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver alleged to have been guilty of an offence. She was fined £343, £34 victim surcharge, £85 costs and licence endorsed with six points.

Darren Stocken, 40, of Clinton Street, Worksop, was driving at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour. He was fined £60, £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs and disqualified for six months.

Lee Jones, 26, of Gatefored Road, Worksop, pleaded guilty to having a loaded air rifle in a public place. He was fined £300 with victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Mark Smith, 55, of Wingfield Avenue, Worksop, was in possesion of a loaded air weapon in a public place. He was fined £350, £30 victim surcharge£85 costs and the weapon was forfeited and destroyed.

Thomas Clarkson, 30, of Barnes Court, Retford, pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour towards a female. A community order was made with a curfew requirement of eight weeks and electronic monitoring. A victim surcharge of £85 was made.

Michelle Maddock, 33, of Ramsden Crescent, Carlton in Lindrick, pleaded guilty to her child failing to attend school regularly. She was fined £50, £30 victim surcharge and £120 costs.

Vicki Handshaw, 33, of Cavendish Road, Worksop, pleaded guilty to her child failing to attend school regularly. Community order made, be under curfew for 64 days between 7pm and 7am and pay £85 victim surcharge.

Kieran Wilkinson, 20, of Holmes Road, Retford, pleaded guilty to destroyed property belonging to Metropolitan Housing. Discharged conditionally for two years, pay £563.65 compensation, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Lee Richardson, 40, of Ely Close, Worksop, breached a criminal behaviour order made by Nottingham Magistrates’ Court, failed to surrender to custody at Mansfield Magistrates’ Court. He was committed to prison to a total of 11 weeks.

Ryan Haddaway, 24, of Beehive Street, Retford, failed to comply with the requirements of community order. He was fined £40 and £75 costs.
