Robert Blackham, 48, of Cumberland Close, Bircotes. Drove a car after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 94 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in every 100 mililitres of breath. Disqualified from driving for 24 months. Community order made with alcohol treatment requirement. Must also pay court costs of £85.

Adam Nicholson, 25, of Dukeries Crescent, Worksop. Permitted someone to drive a car on a public road without an insurance policy in place. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £440. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £44 victim surcharge.

Craig Linley, 32, of Hardwick Road East, Worksop. Having been required by or on behalf of the chief officer for Nottinghamshire Police, failed to give information relating to the identity of a driver who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £660. Also ordered to pay £85 court costs and a £66 victim surcharge.

Dean Richardson, 52, of Dukeries Crescent, Worksop. Drove a car on a public road without an insurance policy in place. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £440. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £44 victim surcharge.

Andrei Malureanu, 34, of Keswick Road, Worksop. Drove a car after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his breath, namely 41 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes of alcohol in every 100 mililitres of breath. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Must also pay a £400 fine, £85 in court costs and a £44 victim surcharge.

Ryan McClusker, 28, of Hereford Close, Worksop. Drove a car on a public road without due care and attention. Driving record endorsed with six points. Also ordered to pay a £440 fine, £600 in court costs and a £44 victim surcharge.

Natalie Robinson, 27, of Rampton Hospital, Retford. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation.

Jason Beardsley, 29, of Plantation Hill, Worksop. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Community order made with programme requirement. Must also pay a £180 fine, £85 court costs and a £60 victim surcharge.

THEFT

Christopher Lincoln, 35, of Trent Street, Retford. Stole meat, to the value of £62.82, belonging to the Co-op store. Discharged conditionally for nine months. Also ordered to pay £62.82 in compensation.

Paul Lomas, 28, of Portland Street, Worksop. Stole four jars of coffee, to the value of £20, belonging to Sainsbury’s. Committed to prison for 14 days. Also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

Philip Saywell, 31, of Masefield Place, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend apppointments. Must complete a programme requirement order. Also ordered to pay a £25 fine and £40 court costs.
