DRUGS

Rachael Bagley-Lowe, 35, of London Road, Retford. She was found guilty of possessing a quantity of liquid amphetamine prepared in a syringe for injection. She was fined £120, ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180, £80 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £20.

THEFT

Ryan Beardsley, 30, of Tranker Lane, Worksop. He stole two joints of meat, to the value of £23, belonging to Asda. He also sole toothbrush heads, to the value of £48.50, belonging to Tesco. He was given a prison sentence of four weeks suspended for 12 months for the offence.

Glenn David James Barrett, 32, of NFA. He was found guilty of stealing a sandwich and some donuts, to the value of £3, belonging to Tesco. He also stole Lacoste and Boss gift sets to the value of £92 belonging to Boots. He was jailed for six weeks and ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180.

David Hancock, 26, of Silverdale Close, Retford. Stole four cans of Calsberg Export, to the value of £3.99, belonging to B&M Bargains. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150. £85 court costs and £3.99 in compensation.

BREACH

Luke Barnett, 22, of Kilton Glade, Worksop. Found guilty of contacting a woman when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order, without reasonable excuse. He was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180, court costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Simon Turner, 34, of Gateford Road, Worksop. Found guilty of contacting a woman when prohibited from doing so by a restraining order, without reasonable excuse. Restraining order made. Community order made with curfew requirement. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180, court costs of £50 and a £60 victim surcharge.

John Rushton, 28, of Queen Street, Worksop. Without reasonable excuse, entered Matalan on Eastgate when prohibited from doing so by a criminal behavioural order. Committed to prison for 14 days. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £180 and a victim surcharge of £80.

MOTORING

Callum Burton, 21, of Welbeck Street, Creswell. Drove a a car on a road in Carlton in Lindrick without due care and attention. Driving record endorsed with nine points. Fined £300. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Brian Close, 43, of Northumbria Close, Worksop. Being the driver of a car, failed to stop when an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to another person. Committed to prison for 18 weeks suspended for 12 months. Also ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, £200 in court costs and a victim surcharge of £80.

Blake Johnstone, 19, of Barn Close, Worksop. Destroyed a door mirror to a Peugeot 208 to the value of £250 intending to destroy or damage such property. Committed to prison for 21 days suspended for 12 months.

Mark Jevons 39, of Mellish Road, Langold. Having been required by or on behalf of the chief officer of Nottinghamshire Police, failed to give information relating to the identification of a driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
