BREACH

Sheridan Watson, 20, of Newcastle Avenue, Worksop. Without reasonable excuse, was in a state of drunknness in an area of Worksop she was prohibited from being so by a Criminal Behaviour Order. Committed to detention in a young offender’s institute for 21 days. Also ordered to pau £85 court costs and a £115 victim surcharge.

DISORDER

Adam Smith, 31, of Hazelby Road, Creswell.Had with him in a public place, namely Morrison’s in Worksop, a folding pocket knife. Also stole a quantity of items, to the value of £129.57, belonging to the store. Committed to prison for four weeks suspended for 12 months.

Jakob Morvinson-Capes, 20, of Waterfields, Retford. Used towards a police officer threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause him to believe that immediate lawful violence would be used against him. Fined £365. Also ordered to pay£85 court costs, a £37 victim surcharge and £50 in compensation.

THEFT

Timothy Bennett, 43, of Baker Street, Creswell. Stole copper tape to the value of £450 belonging to Western Power Distribution. Had with him, without lawful atuhority, in a public place, a folding pocket knife.Fined £200. Must also pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Andrew Harding, 38, of Franklin Avenue, Whitwell. Stole copper wiring to the value of £450 belonging to Western Power Distribution. Fined £80. Must also pay £85 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

Charles Neeve, 48, of Baker Street, Creswell. Stole copper wiring to the value of £450 belonging to Western Power distribution. Fined £80. Also ordered to pay £80 court costs and a £30 victim surcharge.

ASSAULT

Neil Widdowson, 49, of Pelham Street, Worksop. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Fined £200. Ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £30 victim surcharge. Restraining order made to protect the victim.

MOTORING

Dean Stevens, 37, of Lincoln Street, Worksop. Drove a champ bike on a public road, namely Radford Street, while disqualified from holding or obrtaining a licence. Used the champ bike without an insurance policy in place. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £150. Also ordered to pay court costs of £30 and a £20 victim surcharge.

Chloe Teasdale, 27, of North Road, Retford. Drove a car on a restricted road, namely Retford Road, at a speed exceeding 30mph in a 30mph zone. Driving record endorsed with three points. Fined £70. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge.

Tracy Allen, 40, of Dovecroft, Ollerton. Drove a car on a public road, namely Whitewater Bridge in Ollerton, without due care and attention. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £100. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge.
