Shane Toon-Poynton, 22, of Garside Street, Worksop. Drove a motor vehicle after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in his blood, namely 93 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 mililitres of blood, exceeded the prescribed limit. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £120. Also ordered to pay £60 in court costs and a £20 victim surcharge.

Daniel Amendola, 29, of Willow Holt, Retford. Drove a motor vehicle without insurance. Driving record endorsed with six points. Fined £660. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £66 victim surcharge.

VIOLENCE

Lee Briggs, 39, of Wallingwells Lane, Worksop. Assaulted a woman by beating her. Damaged a window, to a value unknown, belonging to her. Also found to be in possession of cannabis. Community order made with rehabilitation activity requirement. Restraining order made. Also ordered to pay court costs of £85 and a £60 victim surcharge.

Carl Walsh, 37, of Trinity Road, Retford. Assaulted a woman and two men by beating them. Committed ton prison Committed to prison for 16 weeks suspended for 12 months. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay £250 in compensation.

Dwayne Clegg, 34, of Doncaster Road, Langold. Used threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused alarm or distress. Restraining order made. Fined £200. Also ordered to pay £85 in court costs, a £20 victim surcharge and £75 in compensation.

BREACH

Sharon Bolton, 39, of Mary Street, Rhodesia. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to comply with a curfew. Community order made with electronic monitoring. Also ordered to pay £50 in court costs.

Joseph Holt, 19, of Boughton Road, Worksop. Failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend appointments. Committed to prison for 28 days suspended for 12 weeks. Also ordered to pay court costs of £75.

THEFT

Anthony Laye, 39, of Cheapside, Worksop. Stole paint, to the value of £92, belonging to Halfords. Community order made with drug rehabilitation requirement. Also ordered to pay £60 in compensation.
