Michael Patrick Linford, 29, of Newcastle Street, Mansfield Woodhouse. Stole wo bottles of wine worth £10 from One Stop, wine from Tesco and cans of lager from One Stop. Committed to jail for 16 weeks, made to pay £80 surcharge. A criminal behaviour order was imposed for two years.

Rachel Kowalski, 40, of Hanbury Court, Mansfield. Admitted stealing various items from Tesco worth £33. She was conditionally discharged, told to pay costs of £85 and a £15 surcharge.

Daniel Lee John Platts, 19, of High Hazels Drive, Sutton. Admitted assaulting another male and was given a 26-week jail term suspended for 12 months. He was also made to pay £250 compensation to the victim.
