Crews called to crash at Barnby Moor

EMERGENCY service crews were called to a crash after two cars collided in Barnby Moor last night (Wednesday 6th February).

Police and fire crews attended the scene on Old London Road around 9.48pm after a Ford Fiesta collided with a Peugeot.

The female driver of the Ford Fiesta was taken to Queens Medical Hospital with serious injuries, and the male driver was taken to Doncaster Royal Infirmary with minor injuries.

The road was closed between the junction with Green Mile Lane and the Knives Hill Plantation.

It re-opened around 2.45am.
