Logan Hartley, 28, of Bridgeways, pleaded guilty to the criminal damage charge back in September, which had alleged that he damaged or destroyed windows belonging to another person on July 12.

At the latest magistrates’ court hearing in Lincoln on December 3, Hartley was fined £120 for this offence, and he was also ordered to pay £85 in court costs and a £32 victim surcharge. His guilty plea was taken into account by the court when imposing its sentence.

At the previous hearing in September, Hartley pleaded not guilty to a separate charge that alleged he had committed a sexual assault on a woman over the age of 16 on July 12.

At the latest magistrates’ court hearing in Lincoln on December 3, Hartley was found not guilty of this charge, and the charge was therefore dismissed by the court.
