BMW driver denies causing fatal crash
A BMW driver today (Wednesday) denied causing a fatal crash when he appeared before Lincoln Crown Court.
David Eldridge, 68, of Old Fen Lane, Scrub Hill, near Coningsby, pleaded not guilty to causing the death of 56 year old Geoffrey Saville by driving carelessly on February 13, 2019.
The charge follows an incident on Midville Road, Stickney, in which Mr Saville died.
Judge Simon Hirst adjourned the hearing for a trial scheduled to be held in November, and Eldridge was granted unconditional bail.
